I am Bradley, but Brad for short, and I am lucky enough to call myself a current Bloomfield and Hallowell Councillor. I am married with 4 children and 9 grandchildren. I am a proud resident of the Bloomfield and Hallowell ward and am located on County Road 10. I have worked in Municipal government for the past 30 years, the first 20 of them being an operator with The County of Prince Edward.

For the last 10 years I have been employed in Loyalist Township as the Underground Infrastructure Supervisor. I have sat on Prince Edward County Council for two terms and am hopeful for a third term. I have been involved with various committees within Prince Edward County including, Agriculture, Prince Edward Lennox & Addington Social Services, Traffic and the Hiring Committee. I am a graduate of the AMTCO with a diploma in Municipal Government. I also have a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Southeastern Mediation Centre and a certificate in Managing and Leading in a Municipal Environment from Loyalist College.

I have chosen to re-run for council because I believe I have been a good voice for the residents of Bloomfield and Hallowell and for Prince Edward County as a whole. I aim to ensure that decision making is transparent and open and to add accountability to the decision makers. There is still a lot of work left to do to make Prince Edward County the best it can be, and I believe with both my 30-year experience within Municipal Government and my education, I can be an asset to all of Prince Edward County.

Some important issues I hope to work on this term if elected are protecting public access to water, affordable and attainable housing, a new hospital able to assist our growing community, doctor shortages, a new long term care facility, and the creation of full-time jobs.
