On behalf of the Backpacks for Migrant Workers Team

On behalf of the Backpacks for Migrant Workers Team we would like to thank several donors who contributed to the backpacks and necessities that go into them. Each year migrant workers come to the County to work on farms and vineyards. Welcoming them with a backpack filled with items to get them started has been appreciated by both the farm owners and workers. A very big Thank you to the congregation of Emmanuel Baptist Church Bloomfield, Picton Home Hardware, County Dental Care- Dr. Rami Majid, V.R. Sudz n’ Stuff Bath & Body, St. Andrew’s What Not Shop, Family Dentistry Picton, Trenton Mission Thrift Store, Giant Tiger Picton, Salvation Army Picton and also to many individuals who generously donated items, as well as financially.
