Lavender Festival

Lauren Davis, 9, celebrated her birthday in the sweetest-smelling place in Prince Edward County. The sights, sounds and scents of Prince Edward County Lavender’s signature event drew lavender lovers from near and far this month. Thousands visited The Lavender Farm on Closson Road in Hillier for food, live music, children’s activities and, of course, the endless fields. Selfie seekers were out in full force. The perfect backgrounds, complete with blue sky and white clouds, were irresistible.
