To mark the County-wide celebration of the grape and apple harvests known as Wassail, the Gazette is pleased to have partnered with Visit the County and PEC Wine.

We asked local illustrator April Sage to create an image capturing the season for the cover. Laurie Gruer, a well known local painter, contributed a painting evoking Wassail, part of a centre-spread feature created by our designer, Natalie Piper. You will find there a list of all wineries and cideries participating in this year’s festival.
