Just in time for Mother’s Day, Perfectly Preserved returns to the Picton Town Hall Farmers’ Market on Sunday May 14.
Get everything you need to make your Mother’s Day barbecue party special: Rhubarbeque Sauce to slather on grilled chicken, Caramelised Leek & Garlic Jam to top the veggie burger, Hot Mustard Sauce for that sausage, Beet and Horseradish Relish to add some zing to a beef sandwich or a fruity chutney to put on the cheese plate.
Treat mum to a jar of her favourite jam.
You’ll find lots of old favourites: Seville Orange Marmalade, Spirited Bumble Berry Jam, and fabulous FROG (a blend of fig, raspberry, orange and ginger jam). New products this season include Pickled Winter Vegetables to liven up the charcuterie tray, Pomelo Marmalade, Clementine Pepper Jelly, Sweet Orange and Chili Chutney.
The volunteer team at Perfectly Preserved make dozens of varieties of jams, jellies, chutney, pickles, mustards and more. Proceeds enable our local to hospital to purchase much-needed equipment. From May through October you’ll find us at markets and events around the County. It’s simply the most delicious way to support your local hospital.
