PURCELL, Margaret Barlow Lawson
Peacefully entered into rest at West Lake Terrace, Picton, on Saturday, May 13, 2023, Margaret Purcell of Picton, formerly of Milford died at the age of 93. She was the daughter of the late Robert & Jessie Oliver (nee Pow) and she was the cherished wife of the late Donald.  Margaret was the loving mother of Donna Purcell, Gord (Val) and Catherine Reeder (Shayne) all of Wellington. She was the dearest grandmother of Joshua Thorne (Jake) of Calgary.  Margaret will be remembered by her nieces and nephews.  A Special Thank You to the Management and Staff of West Lake Terrace for their care and compassion in looking after our mother. Mrs. Purcell rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street, (613-476-2450). In keeping with Margaret’ wishes, there will be no services, cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to the Storehouse – Wellington & District Foodbank (by cheque only) would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences and to share memories of Margaret, please visit: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
