William Allen Ralph Sallans
Peacefully at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on Friday December 7th, 2018. Bill Sallans, of Sheba’s Island, formerly of Demorestville and Belleville, at the age of 82. Beloved husband for sixty years of Louise, nee Hamill. Loved father of Helen Sallans and her husband Ross McCubbin of Thunder Bay and Bonnie Sallans and her husband Rick Patrick of Madoc and papa of Sebastian, Jeremy and Alex. Dear brother of Sam, Zoi and the late Danny and Steven. Bill was a well known musician playing his accordion and fiddle in Prince Edward and Hastings counties to the delight and enjoyment of all. Funeral Service was held at Picton United Church on Tuesday December 11th at 1 p.m. with family receiving friends the hour prior. The Rev. Barbara Mahood officiated. If desired, memorial donations to the Quinte Society for Chamber Music, the Quinte Educational Museum and Archives or Picton United Church would be appreciated.
