SMITH, Jason Howard  
November 12, 1966 ~ October 13, 2022
Lifelong resident of Northport. 55 years of age. Sadly Jason was afflicted with muscular dystrophy all of his adult life. Predeceased by his parents, Howard and Shirley Smith and his sister, Corinne. Survived by his sister Lois (Wayne) Brough and his nieces and nephews, Lana, Aaron (Christa), Anthea and Harland (Jhillian), and his great nephews and great nieces, Dominick, Hayden, Annabelle, Amelia, Conner, Lachlan, Emmet, Aniya, Isaak and the late Ethan. Cremation has taken place and a graveside interment will be held at Cherry Valley Cemetery on Saturday, November 5 at 11:30am. Special thanks to BGH, KGH and Providence Care Hospitals for their care.
