A local landscaping group celebrated 20 years of operations on Friday afternoon.

Terra Vista Landscape Firm, operating from their location on Talbot Street,has been offering clients in Prince Edward County and the surrounding area professional landscape design, build, maintenance and supply services for the past two decades.

Naturally, owners Trevor and Erin Jones were proud to have reached this significant point in the life of one fo the county’s most renowned landscaping companies.

“We are very excited to be sharing this milestone with our clients, family and friends. Operating a business definitely has its challenges and requires around-the-clock hard work and dedication but together with our incredible team of nearly 40 designers, landscapers, horticulturalists, masons and carpenters, we’ve built a business we are proud of,” Erin Jones said. “Terra Vista can offer our clients full service landscape options from design and build to year round maintenance to supplies for those who like to do the work themselves.”

Looking toward the future, Trevor Jones says the company will likely be spending the next few years working on shoreline restorations to address much of the flood issues from this past year as well as expanding Terra Vista’s ‘pools and patios’ design-build services.

Trevor Jones added the firm is always looking ahead to meet the needs of clients and utilize the skills and backgrounds of its staff and will be looking to expand office space for the design team as well as the year-round maintenance division of the company to meet the growing service needs of property owners in Prince Edward County.

He added Jones family wished to extend their sincere appreciation to their clients, staff and the community for their support over the last 20 years.
