One of the flagship services provided by the association is the Meals on Wheels program. This service delivers hot, nutritious meals to seniors who may have difficulty preparing food themselves. Meals are delivered by volunteers, who also provide a friendly visit and check-in for those who might be socially isolated. For seniors facing complex challenges, Community Care offers client intervention and assistance services. This program helps seniors navigate the health and social services systems, providing support with accessing benefits, filling out forms, and connecting with other community resources.
