Dixie Lynn Welsh entered into rest at Hallowell House, Picton, on Monday, October 7^th, 2019, at the age of 73. Dear daughter of the late Phillip & Evelyn Welsh (nee Helmer).  Dixie will be lovingly remembered by all of her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (613-968-2273) on Thursday, October 10^th, 2019, at 12:00 noon,  with visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. Pastor Ross Harrington officiating. Interment Cherry Valley Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Loyalist Humane Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
